Role overview

A campus-placement opening for GEC Goa's graduating Batch of 2026 — one role, two crafts. You'll build the web products that put AI in front of real users, and the AI services powering those products. You start with a 2-month paid internship working directly with the founding team, and convert to a full-time engineer on strong performance.

What you'll build — AI / Applied ML

• LLMs and Computer Vision models, fine-tuned and integrated into real product features
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, from ingestion to inference
• Production monitoring for model drift, latency, and output quality

What you'll build — Full-Stack

• Scalable, end-to-end web features in React/Next.js and Node.js/Python
• Robust APIs that serve LLM and Generative AI integrations in production
• Relational and vector databases — schema design, querying, and performance

Requirements

• Graduating from GEC Goa in 2026 (B.E./B.Tech — CSE / IT / ECE & allied) and available to join full-time in Bengaluru
• Strong fundamentals in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• A portfolio or GitHub with at least one complete project built end-to-end — beyond classroom assignments
